To: TASCO JSC non-depository shareholders
- Pursuant to Decision No. 577/UBCK-GCN dated June 3rd, 2010 by the Chairman of State Securities Commission on issuing the share offering certificate to the public for TASCO Joint Stock Company; - Pursuant to Announcement No. 2241/TB-VSD dated June 7th, 2010 by Vietnam Securities Depository on the deadline for registration and certified list of share owners and schedule to exercise the share purchase right (HUT); - Pursuant to general List No. 0306/2010-HUT/VSD-DK dated June 23rd, 2010 on share owners eligible to share purchase right by Vietnam Securities Depository on allocation of share purchase right (HUT);
- Pursuant to the resolution issued by shareholders’ general meeting of TASCO JSC on March 31st, 2010;
