Prof. Vu Khieu and “Xuan Ngoc New Urban Area” Project of Tasco

The contest of creating name and slogan for “residential unit” project of Tasco Joint Stock Company has ended but its meaning as well as the name and slogan given to the Project are still a proud and memorial topic of every member in the big Home Tasco.

“Xuan Ngoc”, the project’s name given by Prof. Vu Khieu, who is considered by Vietnam intellectual as a big culturist. He is the first one in the list of Vietnamese Writers awarded the title: Labor Hero in the Renovation Period , cum the first director of Vietnam Institute of Sociology, former Deputy Director of Vietnam News Agency, former deputy head of Committee of Social Sciences (now Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences).

The name and slogan of the Project: “Xuan Ngoc” (Gem Spring), “Connecting nature, binding life” according to the clarification of Prof. Vu Khieu:

Xuan Ngoc is the name combination of the village and commune where the project is located, i.e. Ngoc Mach village, Xuan Phuong Commune, Tu Liem District, Ha Noi.

The nature is very close to our life, it eases our life because cool green space applications make up a wonderful scenery both inside and outside any building or urban area. The green nature tightens family relationship. A rather high tree at the left corner of the yard, a green bush to the left of the garden will be a really useful energy source, etc.

“Connecting nature, binding life” is a slogan showing the difference in Xuan Ngoc project from others, i.e. visiting Xuan Ngoc, you can feel the connection between nature and human, enjoying a close and spring living condition.

The nature mentioned here is not the dump nature any more but a nature tamed by people, a beautiful nature tightly related to our life. The life in turn becomes more pleasant and cooled as it is connected to the nature.

Prof. Vu Khieu chose the slogan “Connecting nature, binding life” for the Project created by Nguyen Truong Minh (an author from Hanoi, having sent his mail to the program). According to the Professor, the name and the slogan can make up two balance parts of a statement, which is very meaningful and can bring luck to Tasco for success:

The spring connects the nature

Gem, a precious and rare stone which is close to our life.

The name and the slogan are created by two different authors who have no connection before but the coincident combination makes a lot of meanings, the perfectness of the couple “name and slogan” for the project invested by Tasco.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Contest, on behalf of all members in Tasco Home, we would like to thank the author of the slogan, Mr., Nguyen Truong Minh for giving the Tasco’s Project a deeply meaningful gift. Although the project “Xuan Ngoc” is still in implementation stage, it is promising to have much luck and success.
