OVERVIEW
  • Floor Area: over 20,000 m2
  • Structure: 02 basements, the first floor for trading center; 2nd floor to 7th floor for office area, 8th floor to 21st floor for serviced apartment area.
  • DEVELOPMENT GOALS
  • The goal of this project is to build a comfort apartment building located in Phap Van - Tu Hiep new urban area with synchronously planned infrastructure. The access to SOUTH BUILDING is very convenient thanks to National Highway 1A and National Highway 1B together with a third ring road in the north. It will include 126 apartments properly designed per m2, ensuring airy living space with facilities towards human needs. It is designed to make all interior spaces simple, sophisticated, regular In shape, and ensure its use with priorities to vision, light and aeration.
