TASCO JSC., with nearly 40 years of operation in  investment, transport and irrigation works, real estate business etc., in the process of development and expansion of production and business activities, we need to recruit more staffs as follows:

TASCO JSC., with nearly 40 years of operation in  investment, transport and irrigation works, real estate business etc., has implemented major projects such as building the by-pass of National Highway No. 21, Phu Ly town - Nam Dinh city section  (under BT form), expanding the National Highway 10, the section from La Uyen bridge to Tan De, Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province (BOT), constructing Le Duc Tho road leading to Xuan Phuong urban area, building Xuan Phuong urban area, Tu Liem district, Hanoi and the project on Highway 39B, from Kien Xuong district to Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province (under BT form). TASCO is also preparing to start a variety of construction projects across the country. Currently, in the process of development and expansion of production and business activities, we need to recruit more staffs as follows:

Sales & Marketing Manager

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance and other related fields from Economics Universities; University of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communications,

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in big-scaled companies.

- Good knowledge and experience of installation, construction, estimating, financial investment, real estate investment, regulations and policies related to production and business activities of the Company

- Be honest, frank, responsible for assigned tasks, work well under pressure, able to work in locations far from Hanoi

- Foreign language skills: Ability to communicate in English, read and translate documents well.

- Strong skills of communication and team-work, effective organization of work

- Good skills of analysis, evaluation, and decision-making

- Leadership, problem-solving skills

- Being a male with age from 35 and 45 years old is an advantage.

Manager of PMU

- Male, Bachelor’s degree in bridge & road construction, civil construction, industrial construction or architectural construction etc. from University of Transport & Communications, University of Civil Engineering, Architecture University, University of Water Resources etc.

- Experience in management of project, construction, inspection and control of construction volume and unit cost of construction

- Good knowledge of construction legislation and regulations of investment in basic construction

- Ability to use such specialized software as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project etc.

- Fairly good command of English (regarding communication, reading comprehension and translation skills).

- Leadership, management and persuasion skills in employee relations

- Be honest, careful, responsible at work, able to work under high pressure with good communication skills

-Good health.

- At least 05 years working in related positions.

Technical Manager of Local Construction

01

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universities of Transport & Communications, Civil Engineering, Water Resources etc.

- Male, age over 30, be honest, frank, responsible for assigned tasks, work well under pressure and able to work in locations far from Hanoi.

- Be determined and honest at work

- At least 5 years of working experience in similar positions.

- Leadership, management and persuasion skills in employee relations

- Problem-solving skill

- Communication and team work skills, ability to work independently

- Competent in using technical applied software.

Head of PMU

01

- Bachelor’s degree in construction, transport, water resources (regular training system).

- Male, age over 30; be honest and frank, responsible for assigned tasks; work well under pressure

- Good knowledge of basic construction investment

- Good knowledge of construction economics

- Good knowledge of legal documents on basic construction investment

- Good knowledge of processes and rules of design, construction and acceptance

- Executive management skills

- Strong skills negotiation, communication and presentation

- Competence in analysis and problem-solving

- Be active, flexible & creative in solving problems

- Enthusiastic and highly responsible for works.

- Good health, ability to work well under pressure

- Flexible time of work

- Certificate of project management.

- At least 5 years of working experience (including at least 2 years of experience in project investment and management).

Head of the Administration & Human Resources Department (working for its member companies)

- Male/Female, at least bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Foreign Language etc.

- Knowledge of personnel administration in construction and production business.

- Good knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.

- Skills of leadership, human management, work organization and management.

- Strong communication skill in English, office software proficiency (Word, Excel, Power point)

- Skills of human resources management, training and skill of team/group development, employee psychological analysis.

- Having been professionally trained in Administration – Personnel under Management Standard ISO is preferred.

- At least 3-5 years of experience working in the same position.

Water Electrical Engineer (M&E)

01

- Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, Refrigeration, Electricity, Water Supply etc. (regular training system)

- At least 3-5 years of experience in design and construction of electricity & water systems for high building.

- Having participated in construction or design and supervision of Electricity - Water system construction for high buildings and other public works

- Proficiency in such software as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project ...

- Ability to work with high sense of responsibility, adapt to the pressure of work; Be honest careful, and active at work

- Good health, willing to move to other locations as needed

- Engineers with certificates of consultancy and supervision, English proficiency

Engineer of Civil Engineering (working at the PMU Office and other PMUs)

- Bachelor’s degree from Universities of Civil Engineering, Industry, Architecture, Construction etc. (regular training system)

- Good knowledge of laws, procedures, rules of civil works design and construction

- Organize construction and technical supervision

- Prepare cost estimates, bidding documents, documents of acceptance, payment and settlement

- Be responsible for verifying estimates and total estimated cost of works items

- Have participated in constructing high buildings (at least 25 floors)

- Having participated in PMU as Investor

- Good health, willing to travel at the request of job

- Work experience: 05 years

Quality Improvement & Control Specialist

01

- Good knowledge of quality management system ISO 9001: 2008

- At least 02 years of experience in the fields of quality management or erection and real estates

- Good knowledge and command of quality management tools, certification and skills of internal quality evaluation

- At least degrees from colleges. Experience in construction and real estates will be preferred.

- Strong communication skills

- Be honest and able to work in a team or independently

- Proficiency in such software as MS, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Have good health, able to travel during a day for work, work well under pressure

Payment and Project Accountants

- University degree, major in accounting & finance;

- At least one year of experience in accounting and budget management;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet and some accounting software

- Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, solve any problem at work

- Ability to work under the pressure of work and time.

- Used to work in the position of payment and project accountants;

- Male and experience in basic construction is preferred,

Project Managing Officer

- Male, bachelor’s degree in  Construction Economics from Universities of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transport & Communications etc. (regular training system)

- Proficiency in calculation and estimation of construction volume, preparation of cost estimates, management of civil works, especially high buildings (over 20 stories)

- Experience in construction of high buildings, project management as a staff of the investor;

- Good knowledge of laws, decrees and circulars related to basic construction investment.

Site Manager

01

- At least college degree, majoring in civil engineering, transport, water resources etc.

- Experience in site management for at least 03 years

- Active working style with progressive spirit.

- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, good sense of discipline, high team spirit

- Able to work independently and under high pressure.

- Working places: in provinces like Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ha Nam
