Most remarkably, in the spirit of Resolution 66, requirements for private economic development according to Resolution 68, as well as policies on the application of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation according to Resolution 57, the close and drastic direction of the Prime Minister, the National Legal Portal at phapluat.gov.vn has been built by the Ministry of Justice and is ready for operation.
The National Legal Portal was built with the mission of serving people and businesses in accessing legal policies, exercising the right to reflect and make recommendations to legal policy organizations in the digital environment.
With the motto: Correct - Sufficient - Clean - Living - Open - Transparent - Friendly - Easy to access, the National Legal Portal integrates many state-of-the-art features such as:
1. System for receiving and dispatching feedback and recommendations on legal documents
All feedback from citizens and businesses on policies is done entirely in the digital environment.
The system was built under the direction of the Prime Minister in Decision No. 244/QD-TTg dated February 5, 2025 on approving the Project "Application of digital technology in receiving, dispatching feedback and recommendation on legal documents”.
Users can download the application on their mobile phones to give feedback and recommendation on legal documents or access the system's website, log in to the system via the VNEID electronic identification account to send feedback and track the processing results.

The Portal connects with the legal aid information system managed by the Ministry of Justice, to promptly support the need for legal aid for vulnerable groups in society such as the poor and ethnic minorities.
