It is not the first time we have attended the training course on Corporate Culture and we cannot remember how many courses we have attended, but it is only possible to say that the impression made by each course is "always new" ...
This time is the same too as the training course on "Corporate Culture" is held in Bai Tu Long eco-resort in Van Don district, Quang Ninh province in three days: June 25th, 26th, and 27th, 2010.

We have prepared for and awaited this training course for days, and we have been eager to attend it, then the day came. 136 people have counted every minute, every hour, expectantly stood without care of eating and sleeping. It appeared that people have never been so nervous like that.

Oh ... A forest of colour: Orange (Tornado Team), Green (Lighthouse Team), Red (Drastic Team), Yellow (Yellow sail) appear. Such color names make people fill up with fun and the atmosphere is warmed up with resounding laughs,the sound from drums, trumpets, banners, slogans ... all, all are ready. Let’s go!
Four Hyundai 35 seat cars started, and we say goodbye to Hanoi city and the hot summer days there to go to Bai Tu Long, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province.

Today, the sky was very clear and the wind carries salty flavor from the sea to blow all daily worries and replace them with bright laughs on each face. It seems that the nature brings people closer to one another.
The atmosphere during two training days is the best one people have ever enjoyed and the knowledge from the course is the most interesting knowledge the people have ever obtained. Teacher Nguyen Manh Hung has a real talent for arousing the feeling of proud of TASCO in everybody. And TASCO itself and its leadership have made everyone here understand their value and importance in the company.
Here, full numbers of TASCO talents have gathered, but it seemed that no one among them can compare with the Chairman Pham Quang Dung in terms of presentation. How wonderful his presentation is! How can he do such a presentation without getting tired and how can people listen to him without getting bored? We only know that the teacher has to glance at his watch and wonders "Is the time left enough for my teaching here?"

The teambuilding session has brought TASCO members back to their student hood when they play an exciting game "catch mosquitoes" which makes the face muscles of 136 people relaxed. The young girls who only have coy smiles daily, but today they turn out to laugh a lot and do not care whether any young boys have stealing look at them or not. The game "build a house with balloons and straws" requires the mobilization of collective intelligence and spirit. Teams were eager to express their creativity but still not forget to send their spy to watch and sabotage their rivals’ achievements. All their actions are for the color of their team and all people have created a surprisingly friendly environment.

Gala Night is the most expected moment. If only that night, the program Tasco Idol, was directly broadcast, it can be comparable to the program directed by the director Lai Van Sam.
And here, this is the highlight of the night when all feelings of people have soared. "Lighthouse" team has performed its unique fashion show. There are no words to fully describe all emotions, but it is only possible to say: Thank Lighthouse team, especially thank men of Lighthouse team for their sacrifice of their self to dedicate a wonderful performance to the people. They have made a strong and unforgettable impression which let us call it Gala Night, the night of the legendary Lighthouse team.

The fleet carries the TASCO team back to the hustle and bustle of Hanoi city, leaving a regret echo in the heart of each Tasco member.

They all have created the success of the training course which is built by the spiritual strength from the connection between people, helping them get closer to one another, understand one another better, and promote teamwork and consensus among them to make a positive contribution to Tasco’s sustainable development.
