Feeling after a training course on Corporate Culture

On days in late June when Hanoi remains sweltering in a blazing and sunny summer and people are still busy with their daily work, 136 Tasco family members are hands in hands to go to BAI TU LONG Bay – QUANG NINH province to attend a training course on Corporate Culture.

This was the first time all members of Tasco family gathered in full numbers and each member felt excited and eager to experience the training course on Corporate Culture and TASCO Idol which all Tasco citizens have been very interested in for days before we WENT TO THE BEACH.

At 6:20am, June 25th, 2010 the fleet depart from TASCO’s head office in Nguyen Chi Thanh street, carrying members of each team with different colors but they carried the same Tasco logo and slogan; members of each team from departments/divisions and member units who are in different ages and from different home lands but they have become a united group. They all have teamwork spirit and are determined to play in their color. Their spirit has been shown expressly on each car. Each team took advantage of time to bring forward their tactics for their teams and they all desired to win. In the car called GOLD SAIL, when one member called An Thuong phoned the members in the car, she said nothing but she only heard a very powerful echo of the song "Five brothers on a tank" from the members- I found the strength and spirit of team members from DRASTIC TEAM, as well as TORNADO TEAM and LIGHTHOUSE TEAM.

During two days here, we have learnt much from teacher Hung NM through his lectures and the speech made by the Chairman Dung and General Director Luong and others in the company. Through their words, we understood more thoroughly the history, ups and downs, and the value of TASCO.

All class members from the seniors who have worked for the company for several tens of years to newcomers in TASCO in June 2010 attended the class with their enthusiasm. Together we confirmed specific cultural traits of TASCO and reviewed all concepts such as Sacred Object, Nuclear and Philosophy/Theory for TASCO’s Corporate Culture.

The sacred object of TASCO is "RESPECT PEOPLE". In TASCO, human value is always honoured and respected – that is driven by the company’s Management.

We are very honoured and proud to work for Tasco which is under the wise leadership of the management which gather full HEART – LEVEL - WISDOM. This is the place where we have worked and devoted our youth with great ambitions to the company.

We also understand the important message from the management as well as TASCO family members to the HR department. It is a great responsibility, so we will try our best to contribute our passion and intelligence to the growth of TASCO.

On the second day afternoon, we together join teambuilding activities in which people play games led by teachers Kien and Dung. The sound from the drums, trumpets and cries to cheer the games break the very quiet atmosphere in Van Don island district. How happy it is!!!!!

We are most impressed by Gala TASCO Idol night as we experience from one surprise to other one. During that night we see all beauties and talents in everybody in TASCO. It is a big surprise. How can we realize their talents during daily working hours? It is wonderful!

That night all Tasco members here have a wonderful performance. It can be said that they are TASCO artists who show their best performance and are very professional. Every one can be called artist on the stage.
The performance of LIGHTHOUSE TEAM is very unique which made all people there laugh crazily. I cannot discover who are those actors or actresses and decide to have a look in person before they go to the stage but my action makes the director of Lighthouse Team get angry. Sorry director Huong.
Well, how "pretty" Quang TM is. Son PQ was “glossy and fair”; Trung TV was sour and scornful. Well! And who else here – look, how mysterious it is, too. Is it our chairman? It’s incredible. Tasco boys would surely envy him for his youth and elegance!

I will remember forever very smart responses by Nhu Ai, and the hot song which is just like the team name TORNADO.... and Thang NH have a sweet voice when singing the song "Night starlights". All TASCO people also sing themselves hoarse, but they are still really excited and dedicated to the performance. Everyone cheers and dances jubilantly for their teams and enthusiastically supports other teams. It can be said that all of us have won!!! And it was important that all Tasco members go on the same direction and join hands to row Tasco boat TO HEAD FOR THE OPEN SEA and CONQUER THE OCEAN.

How beloved TASCO is! TASCO shows a very impressive and unique style – a united collective team who works hard and plays with its whole heart!
