Form of investment:

The Investment is made in the Build – Operate - Transfer form (BOT contract). The toll collected at Tan De bridge toll station will be used to return the capital for the project, and the time of collection is expected to be 21.33 years.

SECTION FROM LA UYEN BRIDGE TO TAN DE BRIDGE

Total length: 5.5 km;
Type, class of works: class I highway bridge traffic work;
Width of road bed is 24m. Of which:

- Motor vehicle lane: 4x3.75 = 15.0m
- Non-motorized vehicle lane: 2x2.50 = 5.0m
- Median strip: 1x1.50 = 1.50m
- Central safety lane: 2x0.50 = 1.0m
- Left margin: = 0.5m
- Right margin: = 1.0m

Design speed:100km / h;
Works located on the road route include:

- Drainage culverts across the road
- Vertical trench made of reinforced concrete
- Bridges on the road route: La Uyen bridge, Thuong Dien bridge, Nhi bridge, Nhat bridge, Tu Tan bridge, La Dien bridge.

Legal bases:

The Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 4153/QD-BGTVT on December 28th, 2007 on approving the project proposal on improvement and upgrade of National Highway No. 10 (Km92+900 to Km98+400) from Tan De bridge to La Uyen bridge under local BOT form;
Vietnam Roads Bureau issued Document No. 14783/CDBVN-TD on April 23rd, 2008 on evaluating the basic design of the project;
TASCO JSC made Decision No. 98/QD-TASCO on June 20th, 2008 on approving the project on improvement and upgrade of National Highway No. 10 (km 92 + 900 - km 98 + 400) from La Uyen bridge to Tan De bridge under BOT form;
The project was officially signed between Vietnam Roads Bureau and Tasco Joint Stock Company on June 24th, 2008 under Contract No. 28/HD.BOT-CDBVN.
